TrueBlue National Accounts
SITUATION
Many of the most important TrueBlue national accounts were managed by a small team of committed individuals. They were experiencing ongoing difficulty communicating the value proposition and engagement process of being a TrueBlue National Account customer. The team needed an engagement roadmap infographic.
CONTRIBUTION
As the Creative Director, I worked with a small team of account and brand managers to design this customer-facing infographic.
RESULTS
The National Accounts team was grateful to have a consistent and comprehensive roadmap that clearly described their offering and sales approach.
Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce
SITUATION
The Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce needed an all-new bicycling map that highlighted the area’s growing network of mountain and road bicycling trails.
CONTRIBUTION
Serving as Graphic Designer, I presented an updated organization of the maps, content and information to a team of local stakeholders. After collaborating with a local GIS mapping expert to make the map elements as attractive, informative and readable as possible, I assembled the elements into this large-format print piece.
RESULTS
The map has been a great success for the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce and local cycling community.
Mountain Safety Research
SITUATION
MSR stove instructions were a fundamental tool for protecting the company from product liability claims. As stove safety regulations became more stringent and customers became more litigious, it was prudent for MSR to take a fresh look at their large collection of existing stove instructions.
CONTRIBUTION
As the Creative Services Manager, I worked with the manager of product safety, brand manager and an illustrator to redesign these instructions. I redesigned the template to optimize step-by-step readability and information hierarchy for an international audience.
RESULTS
We achieved the project goals of improving international comprehension of safe and reliable product use.
TrueBlue Information Highway
SITUATION
TrueBlue was at a crossroads with incumbent IT infrastructure. They had invested heavily in older technology that was now limiting the growth of the company. Company executives advocated for a move toward new technology platforms. They wanted an illustration to help communicate this initiative.
CONTRIBUTION
As Creative Director, I brainstormed with the director of marketing and illustrated this metaphorical drawing.
RESULTS
Over the course of many months, the executive team realized that investing heavily in new technologies was a sink or swim proposition. They chose to swim.
